Worship Services

From the second Sunday in September through the first Sunday in June, we hold
two worship services each Sunday, one at 8:15 a.m. & one at 11:00 a.m.

From the second Sunday in June through the first Sunday in September, we hold
one worship service each Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

The Sunday morning
Christian education
program involves
the whole church as
it worships, meets
in classroom set-
tings between
services, and meets
for fellowship after
each service.

During the worship
service, lay leaders
from lower school
children through
adults serve as
worship leaders,
scripture readers,
tellers of children's
stories, greeters and
ushers. Nursery care
is provided during both services (and during the summer worship service as well.

During the school year (second Sunday in September through first Sunday in
June), classes for ages from three through adult are each led by two teachers,
at 9:30 a.m. These leaders are committed to and enthusiastic for their roles.
Each teacher attends a two-hour training session prior to the beginning of each of
the six curriculum units. During the school year (Sept – June), children can be
attending Sunday school classes while their parents attend adult Christian
education classes. During the summer, children can learn about Jesus while
participating in a fun activity while their parents are engaged in our worship
service.
